We don't traditionally do Easter in Japan, and this isn't an Easter-special product, yet it just fits in nonetheless... cream-filled sponge cake in an egg-shaped cup, topped with an "egg nest" of sweetened chestnut puree and whipped cream, a bit like
monc blanc, from a local cake shop. No
real Easter eggs or
home-made choc-nests this year... hopefully something next year.
